Custom arrow orders are handcrafted to your specifications and typically ship within 5-7 business days. Standard equipment orders usually ship within 48 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Red Frog Archery ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for bows and equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that custom-cut arrows and personalized gear are non-refundable.
How do I know which draw weight is right for me?
We recommend beginners start with a lower draw weight (20-25 lbs for adults) to focus on form. Our expert team is available via chat to help you select the perfect bow for your skill level.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All bows and accessories carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover damage from dry-firing or improper storage.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we may be unable to make changes.
